With more than 20 years’ experience in career development, counseling, training/facilitation, job-search support, and performance/leadership coaching as well as outplacement, human resources/recruiting, and labor market research and reporting, Robin has a wealth of expertise to share.


Specializing in career empowerment for professionals and skilled workers, Robin is known for the expertise and enthusiasm she brings to the process of facilitating individual career transitions as well as strategic business application of career development in organizations for more effective staffing, retention, employee engagement and performance. Industries served include technology, sciences, healthcare, financial services, insurance, energy, telecommunications, aerospace, manufacturing, retail, and government.


Robin holds a Master's in Career Counseling with augmented coursework in Organizational Behavior, Change Management, and Leadership. She also holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development, along with PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification and ICF Work/Life Coach certification. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Association for Talent Development, National Career Development Association, California Career Development Association (Past-President and former Communications Director), and the American Board of Vocational Experts.
